Terms of service

These are the terms you agree to when you take a package from One Click Marketing. They are written to be read, not to trip you up. If something here does not seem fair, tell us.

What we do

We provide monthly SEO work: technical fixes to your website, content written for the searches your customers actually use, tracking of where you rank, and a monthly report of what was done and what it changed. What is included depends on the package you are on, which is set out on our pricing page and in your dashboard.

What we need from you

• Accurate information about your business, so the work points at the right customers.
• Access to your website where you want us to apply changes for you. You can withdraw that access at any time, and we will hand you the changes to apply yourself instead.
• That you own, or have permission to work on, the website you give us.

Changes to your website

Where you have given us access and switched on automatic fixes, we make technical changes to your site on your behalf. Every change is recorded, and where a change cannot be applied safely we roll it back and tell you. Content and anything touching your page titles or descriptions is shown to you or to our team for approval before it goes live. You can turn automatic changes off whenever you like.

Payment

Packages are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page and include no hidden fees. If you move up a package part way through a month we charge only the difference for the days remaining, and we show you the exact figure before taking anything.

Cancelling

Cancel whenever you like. There is no notice period and no exit fee. You keep everything already paid for until the end of the month you have paid for, and we will not try to talk you out of it. Work already published on your website is yours and stays there.

What we cannot promise

Nobody can promise a position in Google, and anyone who does is not being straight with you. Search engines decide rankings by their own rules, which change. What we promise is the work: the fixes, the content and the reporting set out in your package, done properly and reported honestly, including when a month goes badly.

Liability

We take reasonable care, and we back up before making changes to your site. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous three months. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
